We are bringing some of Ukraine’s most ambitious founders and builders to Silicon Valley — to learn at one of the world’s top business schools, connect with global entrepreneurs, and get direct exposure to the heart of the tech ecosystem. This dedicated Endeavor cohort is an exceptional opportunity for Ukrainian founders and a powerful step for Ukraine’s tech ecosystem.

Stanford shamelessly breaks the frame of what you think is real. The chance to meet entrepreneurs who grew up in completely different cultures, who face challenges I could not have imagined — that reshapes what you think is possible. That makes me even more excited for this year’s Ukraine Class at Stanford.

The Innovation & Growth Program is something truly unique. It changes the way you think about building companies — not only because of the curriculum, but because of the people in the room. You meet founders from completely different markets and realize that great entrepreneurship happens everywhere. I still come back to the ideas, conversations, and energy from that week. I can only imagine how powerful this year’s dedicated Ukraine cohort will be.

04 / Questions

Things founders ask

Who is it for?
The program is designed for founders of high-growth tech companies with the ambition to become local, regional, and global champions.
What are the selection criteria?
Participants will be selected by a committee consisting of Endeavor leadership and Stanford program alumni. The committee will consider each founder’s background, company stage, and growth.

Founders of scale-ups and early applicants will be given priority during the review process.
What is included in the Stanford program cost?
The total price per seat of $10,000 includes lodging (single-person rooms), meals, and course materials for the duration of the program.
Can I choose my accommodations and/or bring family?
It is the policy of the universities that all program participants stay in on-campus housing as designated by each program. This policy prohibits spouses or other family members from staying on-campus. This is to maintain a cohesive cohort experience dedicated to participants’ focused learning journey.
What if I need a visa letter?
Please email us for a visa letter to submit to your consulate at: evelina.holovanova@endeavor.org. In this email, please state your name as it appears on your passport, your passport number, and the address of the embassy you will submit this visa letter to.
